SHIPPING TIME & METHODSSHIPPING TIMEWe are absolutely unable to send items when the major carriers are closed (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Delivery to studio may or may not be available on those days. · Phone In Orders: Phone in orders can only be placed during our regular business hours. Most orders, for in stock items, leave our facility within 3 business days for standard shipping. Expedited/Air shipment orders placed M-F before 2:00pm Central will be shipped the same day. · Internet Orders: Most internet orders, for in stock items leave our facility within 3 business days. Expedited/Air shipment orders placed M-F before 12:00 Noon CDT will be shipped the same day. Weekend delivery is not available on any shipment from the Internet. Please call us if you need weekend delivery. Once an internet order is placed, it may not be possible to make changes or cancel the order. If you have questions regarding your internet order, please call us at 479-595-8331 prior to placing your order. We are closed for all national holidays and will resume shipping on the next business day. If your order is time sensitive, please call customer service at 479-595-8331. SHIPPING METHODS· Standard (10-15 Business Days For Delivery) – Flat rate of $3 regardless of order size. The following shipment methods are charged at our cost. Personal and studio checks take three weeks to clear.
When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to use the information from your check to make a one-time electronic funds transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. For inquiries please call us at 479-595-8331.
· C.O.D. ORDERS
There is a $10.00 charge for all C.O.D shipments. C.O.D orders require payment in the form of certified check, money order, or cashiers check only.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Call us at 479-595-8331 for a Return Authorization Number. Place this number on the outside of your return package. Please return your merchandise within 5 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number. For faster service and your safety we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation and/or insurance, or in person at our store.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of shipment. There is a reshipment charge of $3.00 for standard shipping. Air/expedited is charged at cost. When receiving your return authorization number, you can request to charge your credit card for the return fee and any additional charges for additional items or shipping fees added to your exchange, or you can enclose a check payment. If no payment is received the exchange and additional items will be shipped C.O.D.
RETURNS
You have up to 30 days to return items for credit or refund. All refunds are for merchandise only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds can take up to four weeks to process. We do not refund amounts under $5. Credit amounts under $5 will remain on account for twelve months.
RETURNS OVER 30 DAYS
All returns must be received within 30 days. If we choose to accept merchandise that is returned after 30 days, an additional 10% restocking fee will be added.
ITEMS THAT MAY NOT BE RETURNED
All undergarments, tights, books, videos, DVDs, make-up, hair and foot care items (including toe pads, etc.), discontinued, and clearance items may not be returned.
PACKAGING RETURNS
- All items returned to us must be in their original package, unmarked, clean and unworn.
- Shoes to be returned cannot be worn and shoe boxes cannot be marked in anyway. Garments must still have tags attached.
- Tights, under Arkansas Dept of Health code, may not be returned.
- Please place the package inside another shipping container or box. Please do not tape and label a box of shoes and send it via U.S. mail; the package gets destroyed and the product cannot be resold. We cannot accept returns of this type.
- The product itself should not have any names on it or show any signs of wear.
